EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $550.00/person through 7/31/2027

STANDARD REGISTRATION: $585.00/person beginning 8/1/2027

OFFICIAL AGENCY EMAIL: Registrants must have an official agency email. 

DISCOUNTS: Note that discounts are not available for multiple registrations from one agency or multiple connected agencies. 

PAYMENT: Payment for Early Bird or Standard Registration can be made by:

1. Credit or debit card via PayPal through the Jotform registration.; 
2. Check: Early Bird Registration checks are due before 7/31/2027. If payment is not received by the due date, registration will automatically adjust to the standard conference rate of $585.00/person.;
3. Check: Standard Registration checks are due before 10/11/2027.;
4. Square invoice with a debit or credit card.; or 
5. ACH: Early Bird Registration: (ACH and CHECK payment options will receive a Square invoice sent to the individual responsible for payment; please remind individual to check spam folder) - due by 7/31/2027. If payment is not received by the due date, registration will automatically adjust to the regular conference rate of $585.00/person;
6. ACH: Standard Registration: (ACH and CHECK payment options will receive a Square invoice sent to the individual responsible for payment; please remind individual to check spam folder) - due by 10/11/2027.

ONSITE REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN: Begins at the training location on Sunday, October 24, 2027, from 1700-2000. 

OPENING CEREMONIES: Monday, October 25, 2027, at 0800.

CANCELLATION NOTICE: All requests for refunds due to cancellation must be emailed to conference@sehia.org. 

• Registrants who cancel their participation before August 1, 2027, may receive a PARTIAL REFUND of the registration fee, minus any credit card/check/ACH processing fees and a 20% administrative fee. 
• NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancellations after JULY 31, 2027.
