- Registrants must have an official agency email.
- Discounts are not available for multiple registrations from one agency or multiple connected agencies.
- Registration may be paid by credit card via PayPal through the Jotform registration, check, or Square invoice (all "check" payment options will receive a Square invoice, sent to the person identified as responsible for payment. Please make her/him aware to check their spam folder.)

Should you have a problem with the 2024 SEHIA Attendee Conference Registration form, please contact conference@sehia.org and describe the specific problem. We will get back with you as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION NOTICE
All requests for refunds due to cancellation must be emailed to conference@sehia.org. Registrants who cancel their participation prior to or on September 20, 2024 may receive a partial refund of registration fee, minus any credit card processing fees and a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations beyond that point.
