• Registration is $325.00/person. 
• Registrants must have an official agency email. 
• Discounts are not available for multiple registrations from one agency  or multiple connected agencies.
• Registration may be paid by DEBIT/CREDIT CARD via PayPal through the Jotform registration, CHECK, or SQUARE INVOICE (all "check" payment options will receive a Square invoice, sent to the person identified as responsible for payment. Please make her/him aware to check their spam folder.) 
• If other type of registration payment is needed, please contact conference@sehia.org.
• If paying by CHECK, check must be received by 6/1/2025.

PROBLEM WITH REGISTRATION?

Should you have a problem with the DNA 101 Registration form, please contact conference@sehia.org and describe the specific problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION NOTICE

All requests for refunds due to cancellation must be emailed to conference@sehia.org. Registrants who cancel their participation prior to or on MAY 2, 2025, may receive a partial refund of registration fee, minus any credit card processing fees and a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations beyond that point.

Was your DNA 101 registration paid by debit/credit card/PayPal through the Jotform Registration? ONLY the person who paid and provided their email will get a receipt from PayPal - tell them to check their spam folders, too. If you need an additional receipt, email conference@sehia.org and include the name(s) of attendees and how registration was paid.

Was your DNA 101 registration paid by credit card through Square? ONLY the person identified on the Jotform Registration as responsible for payment will receive the Square inovice and the Square receipt - tell them to check their spam folders, too. If you need an additional receipt, email conference@sehia.org and include the name(s) of attendees and how registration was paid.

If your agency paid by check for the DNA 101 , the only way to get a receipt is to email conference@sehia.org and include the name(s) of attendees, name of organization that sent the check and the check number. We will check our bank to see if your check processed, and if it did, we will send a receipt.
