Alexa McConnell is a Crime Analyst with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), assigned to the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) 4, working Crimes Against Adults and the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP). As a ViCAP Crime Analyst, Alexa assists local, state, federal, and tribal agencies with homicide, sexual assault, missing persons, and unidentified human remains investigations. 

Her states of responsibility are Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina. She has been with the FBI since 2013. Alexa received her undergraduate and

master's degrees from the University of Central Florida.
